Reflections

Reflections is a National PTA arts recognition program that encourages students of all ages and abilities to experience the benefits of creative expression and share their unique stories.

 

🎨 Arts Categories - Students may enter one or more:

• Visual Arts (2D only)

• Literature

• Photography

• Dance Choreography

• Film Production

• Music Composition

* Students with a disability may enter the Accessible Arts Division. Rules: www.txpta.org/reflections-participation

 

📝 Rules & Entry Form

1. Review the Arts Category Rules summary on the back of this flyer.

2. Create original artwork based on this year’s theme: I Belong! Each entry must be the creative work of one student. Others may appear in or perform a piece, as permitted by the rules. 

3. Complete a separate entry form for each piece. If you misplace the entry form, you can download one at txpta.org/reflections-participation or scan the QR Code. Typed forms are preferred.

 💡    Tip: A strong artist statement explaining how your piece reflects the theme can greatly improve your    score, especially when the connection isn’t obvious from the work alone.

 

📅  Due Date & Submission

• Entries are due by October 24, 2025. 

• Submit your work and completed entry form at: Front Office 

Please note: Reflections is a PTA membership benefit. To advance beyond school-level judging, at least one household member must be a Wilderness Oak PTA member. Join now at www.joinpta.org.
